Josh Connolly serves as Director of Goode Property, where he leads the company’s organic growth strategy. With a background in property investment, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of his role. Driven by a passion for how real estate shapes communities and creates long-term value, he later pursued studies in Property Valuation at Massey University.

Josh has been instrumental in the company’s expansion, helping grow its portfolio to more than NZ$850 million in property under management while providing homes for over 2,000 residents. He has played a key role in strategic acquisitions and in launching successful business development initiatives. His leadership is defined by a client-first mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, transparency, and delivering measurable results. As a member of the Board, he also contributes to the group’s broader governance and strategic direction.

Tracy-Lee Kellett brings over a decade of experience in property management to her role at Goode Property. Beginning her career in media and communications before transitioning into property management, she has successfully overseen both large-scale residential and commercial portfolios. In addition, she established and later sold her own boutique property management business, equipping her with a strong commercial perspective and a deep understanding of client service excellence.

Tracy-Lee leverages her expertise in conflict resolution, stress management, and advanced communication to foster enduring relationships with both landlords and tenants. She is committed to delivering professional, results-driven property management services.

Joanna Wang brings over a decade of experience in the New Zealand real estate industry, with expertise spanning property management and investment analysis. She has successfully managed diverse property portfolios, cultivated strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple sectors of the property market. Joanna’s unique ability to combine financial acumen with practical, hands-on experience enables her to deliver robust returns for investors while maintaining exceptional service standards for property owners and tenants.

Joanna holds a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she communicates effectively across cultures and provides tailored support to a wide client base. Her strong financial background further enhances her analytical and reporting capabilities, supporting informed and strategic decision-making in property investment and management.

Michelle Frew is a seasoned property management professional with over 25 years of industry experience. Michelle is currently a contributing member of the Proptech Product Council, where she supports technological advancement in the sector.

Known for her systems-based thinking and deep knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, Michelle supports the team with regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies. Her strategic focus and commitment to excellence are invaluable to the company’s ongoing performance and innovation.

Jackie Tiai brings over a decade of experience in community housing and customer service to her role at Goode Property She has extensive expertise in large portfolio management, tenancy compliance, arrears recovery, and property care.

Her career spans both the public and private sector, giving her a well-rounded understanding of compliance, maintenance coordination, and tenant engagement. Jackie is dedicated to upholding high living standards, protecting asset value, optimising returns, and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Originally from the UK, Scott McCorquodale brings over a decade of international property management experience to his role. With a strong background in asset oversight, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting, Scott is known for his proactive and professional approach to portfolio management.

He is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and tailored management strategies that prioritise long-term value and client satisfaction. Scott’s focus on detail and strategic thinking ensures consistent, reliable outcomes for property owners offering both peace of mind and strong asset performance.

Originally from Scotland, Louise Gardner is an experienced Residential Property Manager who brings a strong background in customer service and a results-driven approach to her role at Goode Property.

With over 20 years of experience in property management, Jane Anderson brings a wealth of industry knowledge and an unwavering commitment to client service. Her long-standing relationships and consistent performance are a testament to her dedication, professionalism, and client-first approach.
